Greenfield Estate

The Greenfield project  was a $1.65 million dollar home that incorporated Absolute Construction's  Geo thermal and home automation technologies.

 Construction

  • Exterior - Stone and stucco front with stucco sides and rear
  • Foundation - Poured walls with "Form-A-Drain" drain tile system and 20 year waterproofing and insulation below grade
  • Roofing - 30 year shingles
  • HVAC - GeoThermal heat, AC, and hot water, dual furnace, dual steam humidifier, dual HRV's, and a 4 zone system with automatic programmable touch screen thermostats
  • Electrical - 400 AMP electrical with off peak service and 100 AMP sub-panel to service upper level
  • Plumbing - Two 75 gallon water heaters, house recirculating pump for hot water on all faucets within seconds, water softener, outside hot & cold hook-ups, and a water purifier/filter
  • Windows - Anderson casement windows
  • Entry doors - Stanley fiberglass doors with 8 foot double front entry
  • Garage doors - Steel insulated with glass inserts, 3 belt driven openers on one master control, and acrylic rollers
  • Insulation - Sprayed rims, R-19 outside walls, R-50 ceilings, and an insulated garage with garage floor drains

 

Interior Finishing

  • Doors & trim - 8 foot doors on the main level, beamed ceiling, 4 panel doors, and Cherry railings with iron spindles
  • Cabinets - Solid Cherry custom cabinets with auto-close drawers
  • Flooring – Black Walnut hardwood, carpet, natural stone and porcelain tile
  • Plumbing fixtures - Dual shower heads, steam unit in owners bath, pot filler, and dual kitchen sinks with satin nickel finish
  • Countertops - Granite with custom edges (owners bath has rare velvet finish)
  • Ceilings - Multiple vaults with knock-downs in the house and garage
  • Appliances - Stainless steel built-ins with 2 wine coolers, 2 ice makers, 2 dish washers, and a towel warmer in the owners bath
  • Fireplaces - 3 gas fireplaces located in the Family Room, Great Room, and a double sided unit in the owners suite

  • Driveway - Concrete circular driveway with 2 foot color border
